paper not feeding

Sprocket studio, 4x6 paper with break off tabs, using iphone, trying to print a picture, the paper starts to go in, maybe 1/2 inch. then stops, shows paper jam, ive tried another pack of paper and cartridge. still same problem. it is drirectly pluged into wall outlet.
