Hi @lynguaher,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're thrilled to have you on board!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running
To find out which HP Sprocket model you have and the correct paper size, try these steps:
Check the Device Itself
- Look at the back or bottom of your Sprocket for a label with the model's name (e.g., HP Sprocket 200, HP Sprocket Select, HP Sprocket Plus).
Use the HP Sprocket App
- Open the HP Sprocket app on your phone.
- Go to Settings → About → Your device name and model should be listed.
Compare Paper Sizes
- HP Sprocket (original), HP Sprocket 200, HP Sprocket Select → Uses 2" x 3" (5 x 7.6 cm) ZINK paper
- HP Sprocket Plus → Uses 2.3" x 3.4" (5.8 x 8.7 cm) ZINK paper
If you’re still unsure, let me know your printer's serial number or product number with us via private message, and I’ll help you find the right paper! 😊
