so I go to print and it comes up with printer unresponsive and says your printer might have automatically restarted. if issues continue, remove the power cord from the printer, then reconnect and power on. but it isn't even got the cord in but ive tried it anyway and even searched it up ands tried everything that it has told me to do and its still saying the same thing.

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If your HP Sprocket 200 Printer is unresponsive and you have already tried various troubleshooting steps including disconnecting and reconnecting the power cord, you can follow these detailed steps:
Restart Your Printer and Mobile Device:
- Turn off your printer, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Restart your mobile device.
Bluetooth Connection:
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
- Remove the Sprocket printer from the list of paired devices on your mobile device.
- Pair the Sprocket printer again through Bluetooth settings.
Reset the Sprocket:
- Turn on your Sprocket printer.
- Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
- Use a paperclip or pin to press and hold the Reset button for about 3 seconds.
- The printer will restart.
Firmware Update:
- Ensure your Sprocket printer is using the latest firmware.
- Open the HP Sprocket app and go to the printer settings to check for updates.
App Settings:
- Open the HP Sprocket app.
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the app.
- Check in the app settings to ensure the printer is selected and properly connected.
I hope this helps.
