Системный блок hp 8100 моргает красная лампочка

• Системный блок моргает 4 раза красная лампочка кампютер был включён потом он ушёл в спящий режим и через минут 10 он вообще отключился я уже перепробывал всё 

Не чего не помогло я те менял блок питания ещё и не проверял плату мультиметром . 

Может ли это появиться из за батарейки биоса я незнаю когда она менялась в последний раз

I suppose you have nothing to lose by changing the CMOS battery but if you review the troubleshooting steps for the 4-beep code error at the link below, page A-16, changing the CMOS battery is not one of the steps.
