HP Recommended

Hi - I have the dreaded 500 error and resulting loop. No suggested solution works. I have an original Sprout which originally shipped with Windows 8.1.

 

Can anyone provide a schematic diagram (or download link) or confirm which IC on the motherboard I need to reprogram?
