HP Recommended

I want to upgrade my HP Pro 3400 from an Intel i3 2120 to an i7 3770 or i7 3770k, but after searching, I did not find anyone who performed this upgrade on a similar device. I read in an article that it only supports the second generation, even though it has an LGA1155 port. If anyone has knowledge, please help me. Because I want to buy an i7 3770k from someone at a cheap price, thank you

Only Intel 2nd generation core processors are supported in the model series.

 

This benchmarking website has reports of over 500 3400 Pro MT's processor configurations.

 

Looks like the best one was the i7-2700K
