I bought HP 150 wireless mouse from amazon. It stopped working suddenly. When I try to get support from HP by adding the product it shows serail number is not correct. I have two mice with the same model both shows wrong serail number.

 

I want to claim my warranty. thanks.

Went to HP accessories center directly and the faulty mouse has been replaced with the new one. 

It would be better if there is proper guide in HP support page as people will be confused when they see that the Serail number is not accepted in official page.
