Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Alien Laptops by HP where battery doesn't work in winter.

I am facing issue with battery which doesn't support in temperature below 10 degree Celsius.

I found many other customers facing same issues with this issue. This is a manufacturing defect and HP is not agreeing on. Today registered a case with consumer helpline of Government of India
