Product: HP Z2 Mini G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4Y5Y9AV)
Hello , we have the HP Z2 Mini G9 Workstation (5F0H4EA) at one of our Customers , and they have reported that :'
a high-pitched noise coming from the workstation on Friday, we could hear it over the phone. We attended later that afternoon, gave it a good clean inside and out and checked the security of everything, rebooted it but the noise from the fan area soon returns.' I have been trying to log this all day yesterday and but could not see where I actually speak to some one at HP Support.. Is this the only way to log a hardware fault with a HP PC that is in warranty ? If so it was not made clear to me that I need to login to the Community Chat rooms. Please get back to me as soon as possible as we have a PC down for some time.
