HP laptop 15-da0327TU , productId - 5AY25PA#ACJ

I have bought this HP laptop 15-da0327TU  last year April 2019. After 10 months Its SHIFT key stops working. So everytime I have use virtual keyboard.

Please solve this issue ASAP , it's out of warranty now.

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please run a Keyboard Test to confirm the hardware functionality

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard

 

If the Test fails please contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
