Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hi all

When running a task, the status is: successfully sent task to the hpdm gateway
Stays for a long time and remains stuck.

You can see the process running but it is not clear what it is and there are still CPU and memory resources available

1. Is it possible to see what the process is processing?
2. Where can I find the gateway logs
3. Is it possible to make the server run the process in parallel
