Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Currently i am facing to problem, ome is that hoe to change chinese to english language in bios in my hp omen 16 laptop and second recently i have installed windows 11 21h2 and after some updates when i restart my display goes black  after showing omen logo and before login

To change the BIOS language, proceed as follows:
  1. When starting the computer, press the F10 directly several times.
  2. While in the BIOS, press the F8 key, then select English as the language and press Enter.
  3. Press F10 to Save changes and exit, then press Enter.
  4. Select Yes and press Enter.

 

I recommend you use HP Cloud Restore to put windows 11

 

Cloud recovery provides all the custom HP drivers.
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.
