To assist better:
- May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Could you please elaborate in detail?

Hi @Unknown3319tf7,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to access advanced BIOS options on HP laptops, including the OMEN by HP 15-dc0000 series, which is generally restricted by design. HP locks down certain features to ensure system stability and security. Unlike some custom-built systems or enthusiast motherboards, consumer laptops often don’t provide a way to unlock advanced BIOS menus officially. However, I can guide you through the possibilities:
1. Standard BIOS Access
- Press F10 repeatedly during startup to access the BIOS settings.
- Check the available menus (e.g., System Configuration, Boot Options) for any required settings.
Refer to this document: HP PCs – OMEN BIOS setup utility information and menu options
How to open the BIOS on your HP computer | HP Support
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
