Hopefully someone can help: We imaged a new Elitepad900 G1 with a clean Win8.1 image from USB. Nothing additional had yet been installed or enabled (no Antivirus, bitlocker etc.). We began by installing drivers then installed the Driver and Firmware update and restarted. It now reboots in a continous loop showing the following error on startup: "Security engine initialization failed. Contact your support representative. Error Code = 0x9E" I cannot access the BIOS menu, boot from USB or get the unit to respond at all besides switching on/off. We've used the same driver and firmware installs on other models ordered only a few weeks before this one without issue so I suspect that either the firmware upgrade just failed or perhaps the shipped firmware version was newer than the one we were installing and this has caused the problem. Unfortunately, I haven't found any mention of this issue elsewhere but if anyone knows if there is a trick to recovering from this issue or somehow re-flashing the firmware from USB? Thanks
