Product: Sprout Pro by HP G2 (L9.9 AMS)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Sprout Pro G2, but the Discover app and HP apps that come with the device don't work or update, please help me.

Can  I purchase these apps formally or get technical support to solve this issue?
