@RooOmid, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Switch to HDMI Input Mode on the All-in-One
HP ENVY AiOs don’t auto-switch to HDMI input — you need to do it manually:
Turn on your PC.
Press the HDMI-in button on the bottom edge or side of the monitor (near the power button).
This switches the display mode from internal PC to external HDMI input.
You should see the external device’s screen (if it's on and sending signal).
Confirm the External Device is Working
Make sure the external device (laptop, console, etc.) is powered on and outputting via HDMI.
Test the same device with a different monitor or TV to confirm the HDMI output works.
Try a different HDMI cable if unsure.
Reset the Display Mode
Sometimes the AiO can get stuck in the wrong mode.
Power off both your HP AiO and the external device.
Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable.
Turn on the external device first, then your AiO.
Press the HDMI-in button again to switch.
Update BIOS and Firmware
Visit HP Support for the 34-b1xx
Enter your exact product number (found on the back or in HP Support Assistant)
Install any available:
BIOS updates
Chipset drivers
HP OSD or Input Switch software
I hope this helps.
