Hello HP Support,
I am facing an issue with my HP Omen 16 Gaming Laptop (Model: 16-wd0000TX). The keyboard backlight does not turn on or off properly using the Fn + F4 key.

When I press Fn + F4, the light does not respond immediately. However, after restarting the laptop, the keyboard backlight automatically turns on. To turn it off again, I have to restart the laptop once more — the key combination itself does not work.

I have already updated the BIOS and installed the latest drivers, but the problem still persists.
Please guide me with a permanent solution or firmware update for this issue.
