It’s stuck on that memory test, hard drive check and language and exit screen I don’t know what to do

When you turn the power do you see an image like this?

Does it boot directly into the F2 test or did you press F2 and the test is stuck and freezes?

 

Can you press F10 and get into the BIOS setup?
