Product: HP SROUT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit) 
Hello, my HP SPROUT was working fine until I did the original HP recovery with windows 8.1 and updated the HP drivers and software. I did the calibration in 3d for the accessory "3D capture stage", the turntable that the lamp made a "FLASH" and stopped lighting.
I have reinstalled its original recovery with windows 8.1 and update the BIOS and start from scratch but the touchpad does not work, neither the calibration nor the lamp turns on.
Can you help me?

In device manager they are all installed correctly and there is no fault. It is very strange, because the lamp does not work but when the touch panel of it has always worked even without loading windows.
