HP no longer sells the part you need.

Looks like you can get a power supply plus the power cord on eBay though, by searching by the power supply part number...

 

Some sellers have the power supply and the power cord.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that.

 

I would look at each listing and see if any of those sellers will ship to India.
