Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm Using HP PAVILION laptop - 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD and 4GB Graphic card.

My system performance is really terrible and taking too long to open, I'm even unable to open chrome browser and its taking more than 10 minutes to open.

 

I tried to download and install all the updates, cleared all unwanted temp files and data, my Hard drive only consumes 20% of data.

 

I'm not sure what might be the issue, is that because of SSD, do i need to install SSD to my PC?
