Sprout Marketplace and 3dscan wont load.
Afte clicking on 3dscan I get the message " Sprout is experiencing technical difficulties"
When attempting to load Sprout marketplace I get " No internet connection" and "marketplace needs an active internet connection". It is not a question of having an internet connection, I can surf web thru browsers all day long.

I have the same problem with a fresh install of Windows 10 21H2 at 3D scan application.
When I click on the new 3D scan, the error screen saying "Sprout is experiencing technical difficulties" appears.
Could you be able to solve the problem?
I've installed all drivers and required software as far as I know.
I've also installed ManyCam software for its drivers.
We are using the initial version of Sprout by HP from 2015
