Welcome to the HP Community --

There are just three driver updates for this system, your OS / version, and 2023.

Software and drivers for HP Z1 All-in-One G3 Workstation

Windows 10

All Drivers

Open all

The only version of the HP Support Assistant listed for your older hardware is the legacy / 8.x version of the Software.

If you feel like you must the HPSA installed, try using the older software type of the HP Support Assistant.

Before you install the legacy version,

Uninstall the HP Support Assistant from Settings > Apps > Apps and Features

Restart the computer and sign in.

HP Z1 G3 Workstation System BIOS

Intel Wireless LAN Drivers For Windows

Intel Management Engine (11.8) Firmware Update and Utilities

11.8.94.4494 Rev.A6.9 MBAug 13, 2023Download

If you can stand it,

Consider that you don't need the HPSA for an older system for which there are no -- or very few -- driver updates.

In fact, many people do not use the HPSA and choose to manage driver updates manually.

BIOS updates, in particular, are better managed manually:  Update the BIOS only when there is reason to do so and when you have previously backed up your important files / documents to other than the local machine.  Install the BIOS on a schedule that is convenient for you.
