Dear HP Customer Support,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my ongoing display issue, referenced under Case ID [personal info removed]. The level of service provided by HP and Sysnet has been nothing short of appalling and has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed.
After promptly paying the requested quotation, which I received multiple emails to expedite, I expected the service to be conducted in a timely and professional manner. Instead, what I have experienced is a series of unacceptable delays and poor excuses:
Engineer visits being cancelled without prior notice.
Engineers being on leave without any alternative arrangements.
Repeated false promises of "tomorrow" for the past six days.
It is outrageous that despite making the payment promptly, my laptop remains in the same non-functional condition. This negligence and lack of professionalism in handling my case is unacceptable.
The representatives I have interacted with, including Partha, Sachin, and Gautam, have consistently failed to provide any concrete updates or solutions. Their repeated assurances have proven to be empty promises, further exacerbating my frustration.
I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. I expect a competent engineer to visit and repair my laptop without any further delay. Additionally, I expect compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted due to this grossly inadequate service.
Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further, including but not limited to, sharing my experience on social media platforms and lodging a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities.
I anticipate a swift resolution to this matter and a detailed explanation for the unacceptable treatment I have received.
