when i try to search by serial number to check the warranty state it giving me error

Hello,

 

The HP support page still does not work to this day (22/09/2023), for several people around the world (colleagues in Poland, Portugal, Spain, France, with the same problem).

 

What is the solution provided to @Yousefhasan ?
