@satpal3,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

If your PC is still under HP warranty or Care Pack coverage, you’ll need to contact official HP Support India with your product model and serial number. HP will then determine whether a replacement power supply can be arranged under warranty.

If the warranty has expired, HP won’t simply ship out a new PSU on request. Your options are:

  • Purchase an HP spare part through HP Parts Store (availability depends on model and region).

  • Contact an authorized HP service provider in India who can order and install the correct PSU.

  • If it’s a standard ATX power supply (common in many HP desktops), you may also purchase a compatible replacement from a trusted local vendor, but make sure it meets the required wattage and connector specifications for your PC.

Tip: Please avoid posting your mobile number publicly for your own privacy -HP or the forum community won’t contact you directly outside of the official support channels.

In short, unless your system is under warranty, you’ll need to buy the replacement power supply via HP Parts or a reliable retailer, such as Amazon-India.

Kind Regards,
