Dear HP Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my HP EliteBook 845 G9. Unfortunately, the screen touch functionality has stopped working due to damage to the screen itself. I have searched for a replacement screen, but I have not been able to find a compatible one through local vendors or online platforms.

Could you please assist me in obtaining a replacement screen or guide me on the next steps to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your support, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Go to the below site and enter your serial number
https://partsurfer.hp.com

Look for the part you need

Once you find the part number you can search the internet for a vendor. Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, all have their own search engines.

Display Screen: Screens can have OEM parts such as LG, Samsung, etc. An HP part number may include the OEM screen plus mounting hardware which makes it easier to replace but sometimes harder to find if the system is older than a few years.

When you search for the part number be sure to include AliExpress as most screens are made in Asia. To find disassembly video click here
