HP Laptop - 15s-eq0024au

While typing we use to capitalize words by pressing shift key.  My (c) key  and the left shift key are working, but  their combination  left shift + c is not working.

normal key =  zxcvbnm

caps lock on =ZXCVBNM

left shift +keys =  ZXVBNM (here the combination with c is not working)

right shift + keys =  ZXCVBNM (here it is working)

Laptop specifications:

Borrow a USB keyboard and try it.  If the USB one works then consider replacing your keyboard

You need to update your wlan driver.  I cannot tell whether you have intel or Realtek.  You did not list your product ID

Please bring up the device manager and look for the type of wlan (wi-fi) adapter

Drivers are here https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-e0000-laptop-pc-series/30794450/model/3367956...

one of the following should work
