Hi:

 

According to the specs for your notebook, it came from HP with W10 Home 64 bit.

 

HP Pavilion - 14-ce3003ne Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

That means there should be a W10 Home product key in the BIOS.

 

The only suggestion I can offer is this...

 

Install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store.

Run the software and it will show you a report of the Windows product keys installed, and the OEM version of W10 that came with your notebook.

 

There should be an installed key and an OEM key.

 

If the installed key is different than the OEM key, change the installed key to the OEM key in the activation settings menu, see if you can activate Windows and if you can that message should no longer appear.

OK, so you need to do what I explained.

 

You change the first key you see there (installed key) to the second key listed (OEM key) and activate windows.

 

Watch this video...the key you enter is the OEM key from the Showkey Plus report.
