Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the HP Sprout G2 in May 2023. The Work Tools Discover App is not working. I get the error message "Unable to connect to the internet", even though I am connected to the internet. Did HP stop supporting the product? I don't see any downloads on their website to correct the issue. The initial 2018 work tools discover software version is on the computer . I can't download any updates.
