Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Серийный номер:  [eidt] Номер продукта: F1Q75EA Ошибка 0txew8-9lv9t7-xd7v7f-c00903 Ошибка 0txew8-74c6g1-xd7v7f-c0e503  Работает только от сети. Не заряжает и не разряжает аккумулятор, но при этом его видит и показывает уровень заряда 56%. Была произведена замена аккумуляторной батареи, после того как система признала его не годным и попросила заменить. Зарядное устройство оригинальное, напряжение нормальное, видимых дефектов нет. Тест ошибок показал два кода ошибки указанные выше.  Помогите разобраться.
