1) Filling out the support form as usual. Stays greyed out.

2) New HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e will not complete setup. Try HP Smart. Get error code Error Code: UU_400_EB000A9900

I try to contact HP support to chat.

 

All attempts fail.

Cannot post to correct board.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with setting up HP smart app for your printer on the device from which you want to print.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.

 

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

 

A) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

B) If the issue still persists, uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the devices.

 

C) Install the printer software by clicking on the link again and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
