HP 15 TS Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am getting a notification that is asking me to activate Windows 10.  I go under the Settings profile, and the message reads, "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. If you think you do have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004C003."

So, then I clicked on Troubleshoot so that I can see what the problem was, and then I was asked to install the Windows 10 Home to get the digital license. I am unsure of what to do now, because I believe I do have a valid digital license or product key, but I am not sure what the digital license is.

However, I am able to give out the edition, which is Windows 10 Pro, and I am also able to give out the Product ID, which is: 00331 - 20020 - 00000 - AA860.

I am not sure where I should check the product key or the digital license, and I would like some help. Thank you.

Hello @Angel_114

First it would help me if you post the FULL model number of that particuar PC. There are lots of TS models out there.

Did your system come with windows 8.1 home and you upgraded to win 10 pro? If so, how did you purchase the key?

Directly from Microsoft or a different store online?
