Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, after Windows update 1909 to 2004 no touch-function anymore.

Return to 1909 it's OK.

Any solution?

Hi, is HP-Support still alive? This problem seems to be the same as 5 years ago. See link to HP-Suupport: https://support.hp.com/de-de/document/c04716975 But the mentioned driver is not present! I think i am not the only one in this situation!
