Hi @lynnette23

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the tablet query. 

 

Resetting your tablet restores the original factory settings, removing all stored Google Accounts and erasing all stored data. All locally saved files, apps, and saved networks are deleted. 

 

You need to setup the table and install the apps from  the Play Store.
