The HP Smart application does not work anymore from my Android Phone after update to Android 8.1
The application was working fine when on Android 7.x
Now, the printer is found but it only shows the message "Some Features Unavailable":
I mainly use the scan feature which is disabled.
Note: I can use HP smart from my chromebook (with android app support) with the same printer.

I understand that you are getting "some features unavailable" error after android update.
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- Did you update the HP Smart App?
Meanwhile, uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app on your mobile.
This should do the trick and fix the issue.

Go to phone setting and click on aap and permission. Select the HP smart aap and click on permission and advance. Allow all permission and restart the phone. Then opne the HP Smart aap and add printer.
Hope it will work.😀😀😀
