So I've seen numerous posts about the pen not working.  This solved it for me:

 

My machine came pre-loaded with Wacom Pen.  I uninstalled that and everything worked fine.

Hi Inhumer,

 

I personally feel the same.  Un-installing the pre-loaded Wacom Pen , is the best solution.

I have unistalled mine, but the problem still persists, however in a lesser degree... The strokes still break, I have already changed both batteries. What do I do please?
