Blank bootable screen.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am experiencing some issues with my laptop and I need help. The laptop just stopped working. When I tried to boot it, it gets stucked on blank screen with light but no windows logo or mouse point.

Solutions attempted: I tried to reisntall windows 10 using usb bootable drive. When I select the bootable drive from the boot options, the blank screen with light returns. Nothing shows. Fan is working alright, hard disk is detected from the diagnostic analysis. I've also tried Kalyx Linux bootable drive with same results. The BIOS options show on the screen so I don't think it's a screen problem.

Please help?
