When I start my pc it says “BOOT DIVICE NOT FOUND”
HARD DISK (3F0)
i go to system diagnostica and the screen is black with 4 options that are:
MEMORY TEST
HARD DISK CHECK
LANGUAGE
EXIT
I go to “hard disk check” and it says “ no hard drive installed” and i Dont understand because it haves a hard drive but it sound wierd but its connected because it sounds its running. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Please help. Thank you.

I understand that you are getting a Boot device not found (hard dive 3F0) error message.
The issue with the hard drive. I would suggest you contact our phone support. They will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
