Hello,

My HP 10 Plus 2201ra Tablet is booting infinitely (Boot Loop).

Additionally, i see these errors on DroidBoot (Android System Recovery):

E: failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/log
E: failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
E: failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)
E: Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_install
E: Can't open /cache/recovery/last_install
E: failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)

I've done:

  • wipe data/factory reset
  • wipe factory partition
  • updated from ADB (file: update.zip | form: Windows PowerShell)
  • Update from External Storage (with the update.zip file from the HP downloads page)

what i should to do now?

Help Please

Yanko

This may be caused by the internal storage of the device being corrupted, the operation missed while the data was backed up, and the inventory being restored. In general, recovery mode and CWM are effective ways to fix boot loop on Android.
