HP Recommended
Product: HP ElitePad 1000 G2

I just installed S/W on my Pad,  its has gone into restart and has not come out

Is it possible to do a reset where the tablet might go back to normal mode ? The research I have done is showing only hard reboot where factory settings will be put back ? I do NOT want to wipe out the software that I installed
