What model printer/computer are you using?

The product number mentioned does not provide any result.

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

The product number is the TouchPad, but HP's product selector doesn't even have it listed.  A little bit of Google-Fu would help in this regard.

 

The webOS servers were shut down years ago when HP abandoned webOS.  You could head over to webOS Nation and webOS Internals, where there were detailed guidelines and downloads available to bypass the webOS servers to set up a TouchPad, and also to install Android on a TouchPad.  Last time I looked, I found a lot of the links were broken.

 

Unfortunately, the HP support agents here on the Forum STILL have not gotten the memo that the TouchPad and webOS are dead... dead... dead.
