Hello today I opened my laptop same way as almost every work day in year. But I couldn't connect to Wifi. First I tried to restart my laptop but didnt wok. Then i tried to restart wifi and still the same. I did both but still couldnt connect. Wifi worked on every other device in my house so the problem was in my laptop. I reinstalled all my network gadgets (dont know what those are called in Engilsh) but didnt work. Then I opened my back shield and tried to Whatblow away dust after that it connected but i had to restart because i couldnt open chrome. After restart couldnt connect again. What can I do. I need my laptop almost daily for school and other things.

@Calling4help Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to connect Wifi.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Here's a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others: Click here
I have a few steps to resolve the issue:
-
Since you've already reinstalled drivers, I would recommend using an Ethernet cable (Wired) and update your Wi-Fi drivers using this link
-
Update the bios by visiting this link or through support assistant using an Ethernet cable.
-
Now try to connect to the internet wireless.
The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:
Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
