It's been maybe a week now and I am still unable to submit a new case through https://mycrm.support.hp.com/
After I fill in all the details, the Submit button stays greyed out.
I tried different browsers, different devices, cleared cache, checked the address details, relogged, you name it.
When I called the helpdesk, no one is aware of the issue. Can someone explain what's wrong?
