Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

To change my password for Windows, MS requires me to get a code from HP; however, HP requires 2 codes to ID me.  MS only allots time and space for one code and disconnects before I can enter the second one.  I can't find a phone number to simply call HP.  Everything I find wants a bunch of info. about the system that I can't access b/c it's in a very inconvenient location on the CPU and I am  handicapped and can't lift it  I've got most of the numbers but not all that they want.  Can anyone help me with gettting access to my Windows desktop or getting access by phone to HP?  Thanks.
