Cannot open MIME type

I want to install poker software from hollywoodpoker.com. It downloads but when I click on Open I get this message. Anyone know how to install 3rd party software?

It seems to be an unsupported file type. You would have to have an application that is made for HP webOS 3.x

I had this same problem trying to open a docx document. It seems like this should be supported?

I will forward this issue to engineering for review as the HP webOS 3.x and Quickoffice should support doc and docx files. I am sorry for the error in the last reply.

No matter what type of file I try to open after downloading, I get this error message.

Is there a fix for this that does not involve downloading a file which I can't open?

I got the same error trying to install Google Voice and Video plugin. Does this mean that Google+ Hangouts won't work on the TouchPad?

You say you are not able to open the MIME file after a download; a download in what app?

Can you provide some more details.
