HP Pro Tablet 10 EE G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am trying to perform a factory reset on this device.  When I select F11 (system/factory reset) I get a blue screen for about 3 minutes and then the device powers off.  No peripherals are connected, no SIM card, just the power cord.  Any ideas on what is causing this issue and/or how to resolve it?
