Product: Hp stream laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So my hp stream laptop model no. 14-cb111wm has the blinking caps lock and the light on the side indicating the laptop is on is on  but it won't start it blinks in a pattern over and over it blinks 5 times with a second between each and the 3 times really fast if you can help please do

  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
