HP Chromebook X360
Chrome OS

Hi All,

I have a brand new Chromebook that after setting it up and started playing with the touch screen I figure out is backwards. Touch right top corner and the cursor appears in the bottom left. Completely backward mirror. I already reset the machine to its original status and same thing. checked and it has the latest updates.

Appreciate the help if anyone knows how to solve this

I am having the exact same issue.  We purchased two HP Chromebook x360 14 inch models for our children for Christmas.  The one with the issue is running version 79.0.3945.86.  The other Chromebook is running the previous Chromebook OS (we have not restarted it yet and we will not) version 78.0.3904.106.

From what I have read, there are several other HP x360 Chromebook users that are having this exact same issue with their brand new HP x360 Chromebook running version 70.0.3945.86.

HP really needs to fix this fast.  Otherwise they will have large volumes of x360 Chromebooks returned to stores (including mine).
