I purchased 2 Chromebooks, HP ChromeBook 11 G6 Education Chromebook 4gb RAM 32gb storage from Kogan in July. Your site says they are still in Warranty. Both keyboards of both devices have stopped working the same week about 4 weeks ago. It happened the same week with 2 different users. I am unable to log onto the devices as the keyboard is not working.
I purchased them from Kogan. I am unable to contact Kogan in any way as the Support button is not available on my Order History.
I have messaged through this site but received no reply.
How do I get replacements or access my warranty to get them repaired?
